RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital products (instant downloads)
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the download has been delivered or accessed.
If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll help you get your download.
Physical products (printed books and shipped items)
All sales are final for physical products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged/defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

your order number, and

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (wrong item shipped) or the item arrived damaged/defective.
